What we collect
- Information you give us — name, phone number, email, event date, event ZIP code, event type, approximate guest count, and any details you share in our reservation form or by phone/email/text/WhatsApp.
- Automatic information — basic technical info like IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through standard web logs and (if enabled) analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Plausible.
- Communications — copies of emails, texts, and call notes related to your booking.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote.
- To confirm and manage your reservation, including delivery logistics, payments, and follow-up.
- To improve our website and services.
- To send occasional updates about availability or promotions only if you opt in.
Who we share with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business (payment processor, email host, scheduling software, etc.) — and only as needed to do their job.
- Authorities, if we are required to by law or to protect rights and safety.
How long we keep it
We keep reservation records for as long as we need them for business and tax purposes (typically 7 years for financial records). Marketing contact info is kept until you ask us to remove it.
Your choices
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we have about you by emailing hello@bullrentalsmiami.com.
- You can opt out of any marketing messages by replying STOP or emailing us.
- You can disable cookies in your browser; this may affect site functionality.
Children
Our website is intended for adults booking events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
Terms of Service
These terms govern your booking and use of services from Bull Rentals Miami, a specialty brand of Mom's Party Rentals. By submitting a reservation or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.
Booking & Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any reservation. The deposit amount will be specified in your booking confirmation.
- The balance is due on or before the event date by cash, credit card, Zelle, or other agreed method.
- Date and time changes are subject to availability; we will do our best to accommodate.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: deposit may be applied as credit toward a future booking within 12 months.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the event: deposit is forfeited.
- If we need to cancel for any reason (equipment failure, etc.), you receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
Weather
The mechanical bull arena is designed for outdoor use but cannot operate in heavy rain, lightning, or sustained winds above 20 mph for safety reasons. If weather forces cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule at no charge or apply your deposit to a future date. Decisions about weather are made by our team for the safety of operators and riders.
Setup & Site Requirements
- You are responsible for providing a flat, level setup area of at least 22 ft × 22 ft with 12 ft of overhead clearance.
- You are responsible for confirming venue permission, permits if required, and providing access for our truck/trailer.
- One 110V/15A standard outlet within 100 ft is required; generator service available for an additional fee.
- If our crew arrives and the site is unusable through no fault of ours, the deposit is forfeited and the balance may still be due.
Operator & Supervision
A trained operator is included with every rental and remains on-site throughout active ride time. The operator has full discretion to refuse rides, adjust intensity, or stop the equipment for safety reasons.
Damages
Normal wear is expected. The renter agrees to be financially responsible for damage to the equipment caused by misuse, vandalism, or any willful act by the renter or their guests.
Insurance
Bull Rentals Miami carries general liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance can be provided for your venue on request — please ask at booking.
Photos & Video
We may take photos or video at events for marketing use. If you do not want your event featured, just tell our operator on arrival and we will respect that request.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a rental is limited to the amount paid for that rental. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Liability Waiver & Release
Important: Every rider (or parent/guardian for minors) must agree to this waiver before getting on the mechanical bull. We provide a printable waiver on-site or in advance — ask us if you'd like to distribute it before your event.
Acknowledgment of Risk
Riding a mechanical bull is a physical activity that carries inherent risks including, but not limited to: falls, impact with the inflatable arena walls or floor, bumps, bruises, sprains, strains, and other minor or serious injuries. The rider acknowledges these risks and chooses to participate voluntarily.
Eligibility
- Riders must be at least 5 years old. Riders under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to sign on their behalf.
- Riders must be in reasonable health. Do not ride if you are: pregnant, recovering from recent surgery or injury, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or have heart, neck, or back conditions that could be worsened by sudden motion.
- The operator may refuse any ride at their sole discretion for safety reasons.
Rider Rules
- Remove shoes, hats, glasses, jewelry, and anything from pockets before riding.
- Hold the saddle handle with one hand. Keep your other hand raised.
- When you fall, fall limp — do not try to break your fall with stiff arms.
- Only one rider on the bull at a time.
- Follow all instructions from the operator.
Release of Liability
In exchange for being permitted to ride, the rider (and, if a minor, the parent or guardian signing on their behalf) releases, waives, and discharges Bull Rentals Miami, Mom's Party Rentals, their owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in the mechanical bull ride, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Medical Treatment
The rider authorizes Bull Rentals Miami to call emergency medical services on the rider's behalf if needed, and accepts responsibility for any resulting medical costs.
Signature
This electronic acknowledgment, or a signed paper copy of our on-site waiver, constitutes the rider's agreement to all terms above. Riders who do not agree cannot participate.
